I underwent surgery two weeks ago at KIMS hospital, I was treated well throughout my stay by everyone, the theatre team were especially reassuring and put me at ease. Mr Al-Lami was true to his word and kept the incision as small as was possible to enable him to remove my tumour. I have been virtually pain free since leaving hospital and my scar is already healing well. Along with undoubted skill as a surgeon I feel he has a genuine sense of caring for his patients and I would have no reservations in recommending him to my family and friends should they ever need ENT treatment. My heartfelt thanks to you and the excellent staff at your partnership for all your support over the past weeks.

I have not had my operation yet so am only able to comment on my consultation. I found Mr Al-Lami to be a very pleasant and down to earth gentleman who was easy to speak to. He gave me a thorough description of the procedure I am about to have and the percentage chances of the possible side effects I may suffer as a result of this so that I was able to make an informed decision whether to go ahead. He told me how many times he had carried out this operation previously and I feel assured that whatever the outcome he will have done his best for me, what more can one ask for.

Just attended a consultation with Mr Ali Al-Lami, was really impressed with his ability to explain things clearly and build that human connection. Je was polite, friendly, professional and welcomed my questions, taking the time to explain, and ensure we had understood his response. Fantastic!

Not only did I find Mr Ali Al-Lami to be very knowledgeable and professional he made me feel very comfortable and I was able to discuss my concerns openly with him. I found him to be a good listener and he explained the procedures and next steps relating to my treatment very clearly. I was seen at KIMS Maidstone

Mr Al-Lami treated me like a person and not just a patient. He took time to explain everything in great detail and was very reassuring. He put me at ease and I felt he was genuine. First rate service
